At Prettie Chick I strive to put out quality items. Before any item is sent out it is checked for damages or deformities.

* Returns/Exchanges not accepted - Makeup ( Nail Polish, Lipstick, Lip gloss, Lipstain, Foundation, Mascara, Eyeliner, Eyeshadow) Underwear, Bathing Suits.

* Returns/Exchanges- The items returned or exchanged must not show any wear or tear, odor, stains or it will NOT be accepted.

* Makeup can be returned or exchanged if by parcel handling it is damaged.
